🔹 My Chat Isn't Loading ​
If a chat isn't loading or responding, try these troubleshooting steps in order:
Step 1: Basic Checks ​
- Check your internet connection - Make sure you have a stable connection
 - Close and reopen the app: 
- On web: Force reload with clear cache (usually 
Ctrl+Shift+RorCmd+Shift+R) - On mobile: Kill the app completely by swiping it out of your recent apps list, then reopen it

Step 2: "Start Chat" Button Not Working ​
If you press the "Start Chat" button and nothing happens:
- Update to the latest version - Make sure you're running the most recent version of AICHIKI
 - Check your app store for any available updates
 
Step 3: Reset Local Data ​
If you're already on the latest version but still having issues:
- Go to Settings in AICHIKI
 - Look for a button named "Reset Local Data"
 - Tap this button to clear local storage
 - Try starting a chat again
 
Step 4: Clear App Storage (Mobile) ​
If resetting local data doesn't work:
- Go to your device's App Settings or App Info for AICHIKI
 - Find Storage options
 - Tap "Clear Storage" or "Clear Data"
 - Kill the app completely (swipe out of recent apps)
 - Restart the app
 - Log in again with your credentials
 
Why These Steps Are Needed ​
Some storage plugins can be very stubborn about not releasing old files, which can cause loading issues. These steps progressively clear more cached data until the problem is resolved.
